Thank you very much for this recipe. I love blueberries and jam of course. I always look for cakes with blueberries in them. This was simple to make and it turned out great.

I made this recipe as a birthday cake for my husband. I made 2 9"" cakes, sliced them in half (torte style), and filled them with more jam. I created layers of cake, jam, cake, cream cheese frosting, cake, jam, cake and then covered it all in cream cheese frosting. (Cuts best cold) The texture was like a carrot cake, and had the most wonderful flavor. It was very moist and rich! Sooo good with a glass of cold milk! NOTE: I also sifted all the dry ingredients together twice to help keep it from getting too dense.
