Excellent recipe, so easy. I too, added more cinnamon, baking power and soda. Tastes Great!

I really love this recipe. It makes great bread. After trying the exact recipe several times, I changed the recipe for my machine and for my tastes. For my bread machine I changed the following: 2 heaping teaspoons of baking powder 1 heaping teaspoon of baking soda For a bit spicer flavor, I changed the following: 2 heaping teaspoons of cinnamon 1/2 heaping teaspoon of ground nutmeg 1/2 heaping teaspoon of groud ginger I also use bread flour.

This bread is delicious and easy to make. I made it to bring to my daughter's school class breakfast and everybody loved it.
