    This recipe is great... totally easy, and the sauce has a delightfully boozy taste... not for teetotalers! Contrary to what a previous reviewer posted, the recipe clearly states how much bourbon to add... maybe there is something wrong with his/her computer. I always get rave reviews when I make this... I add fruit to this when I make it. Blackberries are great when they're in season, and today I'm adding rhubarb, which adds a tart note that cuts the sweetness. Yum!

    Another recipe missing an ingredient list that is mentioned in the body of the recipe....Bourbon....HOW MUCH????
