    Outstanding!November 24, 2011 By TippiM
Why make pumpkin pie when this is soooooo much better?! Just wonderful, including the sauce. WOW. On the brown sugar sauce on this site, I suggest halving all ingredients, as it is a lot of sauce (unless you really like to dump sauce on this and other stuff you have like ice cream, etc.). This was teh highlight of our Thanksgiving feast tonight. Easy to prepare, pretty presentation, and just...perfect. Thanks for this recipe!

    YUMMYFebruary 13, 2011 By snyder8383
I had a loaf of bread that I made last weekend. I wanted to find a recipe so that I wouldn't waste the bread. This recipe was perfect..all the ingredients readily available in my pantry. The taste is fantastic. It is a true comfort food.

Bread PuddingNovember 03, 2009 By chefshar
I recently served this pudding recipe to a group of 50 and I received several compliments. Two people asked for the recipe itself. I changed nothing and it turned out great, plans to serve it again in near future.

Entire family loved itJanuary 08, 2009 By ellispirelli
I made it for New Year's Day dessert, it was a big hit. Had only storebought pumpkin pudding on hand, substituted 1 cup of half and half with coffeemate cinnamon bun cream and added a cup of chopped pecans. Very moist and delicious even without any sauce or cream.

MOM asked for the recipe!December 01, 2008 By candaceselkbarnes
My 82 yr old Mom is ""famous"" for her pumpkin pie and was a little put out when I offered up this wonderful pumpkin bread pudding after Thanksgiving meal. She was skeptical...but once she tried it, she requested the recipe to take next time to her ladies church circle. Everyone "" in and out laws"" thought it was great. Easy to do - no vanilla sauce just whip cream for us. mmm good!

A great pumpkin pudding for fall. I used whole wheat, walnut, raisin bread for this recipe. I served it warm with whipped cream. Wonderful! Also good cold in my lunch the next day!

The Best Dessert EverAugust 08, 2007 By noeleenjb
This is the best dessert. We eat it with brown sugar sauce but I guess you could have any sauce you wanted. It is soooo delicious.
