I cook treats for my co-workers once in awhile, this week one thought she would like to have crepes with fresh fruit. I had never made crepes before now. This recipe was easy and very tasty. My co-workers enjoyed them very much. Thank you!

I make these with my roomate whenever I want a sweet treat with honey and sprinkled sugar... but crêpes can be savory too--think omelet stuffings to get you rolling..even something as simple as caramelized onions. It should be noted that you don't want to 'brown' a crêpe so much as have it set before you flip it.

My girlfriend just made this for us today and it was SO good I asked her for the link. It didn't seem hard at all and the crepes taste just like the ones you would get at a nice restaurant. YUMMY YUMMY!!

The recipe was easy to follow, and turned out perfect. I had never made crepes before, and the results were great. I used a heavy non stick skillet and no oil, no problem with sticking. I filled them with the strawberry filling with the cream cheese. Delicious, and will definitely use this recipe again. I really do believe it would be easy to make a large quantity ahead of time, and be able to assemble them quickly so that everyone could eat at the same time. We ate them one at a time since this was my first experience with making them. They are as good as the ones served at Village Inn restaurant.
