Garlic Oven-Fried Chicken

I used fresh parsley and basil, 1 and ½ tablespoon respectively, and rapeseed oil (canola oil in the US, I think) as I don't care for olive oil, and I didn't have panko crumbs but Danish bread crumbs come in several varieties including very crunchy ones. I will definitely make it again, as both my husband and I liked it.. In Denmark we can buy packages of the little strips off the breast of chicken which makes it even easier to make this as I didn't have to cut the meat. I gave the chicken about two minutes under the grill at the end of the cooking to make them crunchier.
