Great tasting chicken saladAugust 04, 2011 By wrightrang
I found that I used a bit more mayonaise and curry than it called for, and left out the nuts. These are just personal preferences. Very tasty, I plan to make it again soon.

chicken salad is greatMarch 16, 2011 By barbsa2j
I made this chicken salad for bible study. I used currants instead of cranberries. Even the guys liked it. Will add this to my collection!

Tasty and healthySeptember 24, 2010 By TMFlaGirl
Made this with reduced fat mayo and a little extra apples and cranberries. Wonderful blending with flavors with the curry.

Delicious!May 23, 2010 By aeblack1
This salad is delicious. I made it for a party and had multiple requests for the recipe. The flavors meld perfectly.... I wouldn't change a thing about the recipe.

This recipe is AMAZING! I served this at my sister-in-law's baby shower and it was a huge hit! Note: a little bit of curry goes a long way so start off small and you can always add more. I used light mayo and it was terrific. If you serve this, bring copies of the recipe because you will be asked for it!

Great balance of flavors and texturesAugust 05, 2009 By abjimi
Crunchy, juicy, sweet, salty, savory, even a little spicy. This chicken salad hits the spot. It's great just wrapped in lettuce. And my kids will eat some of the chopped apples, cranberries and chicken, separately!

Very GoodApril 08, 2009 By ctwombly
This recipe gets better with time. Tastes really good by the 3rd day in the fridge. I added extra lemon and curry. I omitted the walnuts and added golden raisins. I ate on a slice of whole wheat and used a large lettuce leaf as the second slice of bread to hold my sandwich together. I will definitely make this again!
