I am not a fan of hot foods, but we had fresh grown peppers from a neighbors garden that were going to go to waste. So I found this recipe and thought I would try it for my dad. Without being able to taste test, I made it, and he LOVES it! made it yesterday and it's gone!! Will deff. make this again!

Hot Pepper SauceSeptember 30, 2010 By fredfelker
Super recipe! I used nothing but Tobasco peppers (trying to copy the ""real"" store sold Tobasco Sauce). It came out better! Fresher and hotter!! The key is the vinegar to ground peppers ratio. Initally mine was more of a ""consentrate"" because I began with more peppers than called for. But then I added more boiled vinegar until I got the thickness that I wanted...Superb for everything from Bloody Mary's to File' Gumbo to just drinking it!!!

Sandras Kitche Mild and Hot Pepper SauceDecember 11, 2008 By sandraspeppersauce
You know, people need to know the difference between hot sauce and pepper sauce. Pepper sauce uses all natural ingredients, while hot sauce uses some powdered pepper, or concentrates.
