This was lovely! As good and simple a recipe as I've ever found. I did increase the chilies from 2 to 3, tripled the dashes of cumin and oregano, and didn't bother peeling the tomatoes, since it was all going into a blender anyway. The raisins added just a perfect hint of sweetness. My husband was so happy with it, he was spooning it up like soup! I served the sauce over panfried white fish and garnished it with limes...which really tweaked the flavor in a favorable way.
