After trying so many different recipes with my teenage daughter, who is taking Baking in high school, this was by far the easiest and best tasting. I have found also that the cooking time is key. I will be making these again for sure. Enjoy!

I have been searching high and low for a cookie recipe that was not too cakey and not too crispy and this is it! This was so delicious! Only thing I did different was add walnuts! The cookies turned out perfect and are being devoured as I type this. I am going to use the base of this recipe for all my cookies from now! Thanks for sharing!

This batter was way too thin, I did however attempt to bake these... wafers. Turned out to be way to much sugar, the butter was room temp, should we state room temp in the winter??? Nice try... wasted a whole bag of chocolate chips and an hour on this recipe... Good luck!
