I made the crust and everything needed to be made. I also had to add a little extra graham crackers (9 whole squares total) so that then filled the medium/large pie pan I used. I am waiting for the pie to cool for the 2 hours and then put whipped cream on. **Tip: When buying Honey Graham Crackers, look for the ones that divide into 4 pieces. Then one bag (usually with 9 whole crackers in it) should do the crust. Otherwise, the crust may be smaller. I can tell this pie is going to be.... DELICIOUS! Thanks for the recipe!

I served this to friends who love chocolate pie. They raved, they had seconds... I almost felt guilty as this pie was so easy to make! I bought a pint of organic vanilla ice cream for this recipe and let it defrost in the fridge first. It mixed into the milk very quickly. I used one ""Chocolate"" pudding mix and one ""Chocolate fudge"" pudding mix. Instead of making the crust, I purchased a premade Oreo cookie crust and it went really well with it. Just before serving I whipped cream (sweetened with stevia) and sprinkled some chocolate shavings on top. I made the pie at 1:00 and popped it in the fridge and served at 6:00. It had a nice consistency, good flavor and looked nice on the plate.
