yum yum and yumJanuary 24, 2013 By camoore54
Honestly, these are the best cinnamon rolls I have EVER made! I've made several different recipes and these are incredible! The bread is soft, not dry/coarse like other recipes. They took a long time to get them to rise, but I live at high elevation (approx 5500ft) and I had all day so I didn't mind. Will absolutely, definitely, most certainly, positively, keep this recipe and make it again! I should add that I did a different recipe for the frosting because I ran out of butter, but I'm sure this recipe is great too. I used almond milk with a little vanilla, brown sugar and powdered sugar. YUM!

So deliciousJanuary 24, 2013 By sailorobinson
I have never ever had luck with making dough in my bread machine- I always mess it up some how. But these turned out so good! The only thing I am going to do different is use softened butter instead of melted before I add the cinnamon/sugar mix. It made a bit of a mess. My daughter waited up until I finished these at 1 am to taste test. Pillbury has been banned from my house. :)

DEFINITELY LIGHT AND FLUFFY/ COUPLE OF SUGGESTIONSAugust 05, 2012 By romaleh
I love the recipe, make for an airy cinnamon bun. I would only soften the butter for filling. If the butter is completely melted when you roll up the dough, the butter/cinnamon mix squeezes out. The dough doesnt look like its rising much in the bread machine, so I checked expiry dates on ingredients etc and thru the first batch out, only to find the dough rising in the garbage. If you use a pan, should be at least 9 x 13 or bake individually on sheet as suggested. I ended up using large muffin tins for uniformity. I much preferred classic cream cheese icing on the buns. Best served warm out of oven or reheated in microwave.

WOW!May 26, 2010 By NaterBaker
I have made cinnamon buns before with my bread machine, I am so thankful though that I lost that recipe!!! I made them for the first time and took them to an evening party, they were the talk of the evening. I could not believe how light and fluffy they turned out. Absolutely the best recipe for cinnamon buns ever!

Excellent Recipe! worked perfectly!December 28, 2009 By bratgrr1
I used this recipe for my cinnamon rolls and it was the first time I had ever made them. They turned out wonderful. Although I had to let them rise for about 2 hours, they were great! The dough from my bread machine was perfect and I rolled them out and baked them on a silpat. 15 minutes and they were golden. I used the glaze in the recipe and sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon sugar. They turned out perfectly! I will definitely use this recipe again.

Too good to be true!April 26, 2009 By servingbrother
I just tried this recipe this morning. Unbelievable is the only way to describe these cinnamon rolls. They are so delicious my wife said I should throw the recipe away. We'll have to live with the danger. I made 16 rolls with this recipe. Oh yeah almost forgot, this was my first time using my bread machine and my first time making cinnamon rolls.

Very YummyApril 18, 2008 By 1honeybear
This was very yummy, my daughter absolutley loves these. I did not have any dry milk, so I used regular 2percent milk, and we love the cinnamon sugar mixture, so I doubled that. Will make again very soon.

Absolutely the bestFebruary 23, 2008 By bjmerritt
This recipe was so easy to follow; and the results were fantastic! I like baking goodies and do so quite frequently. I've tried several cinnamon bun recipes and this one is by far the best! The buns turn out light and not too sweet-they don't last long! The only thing I might would change is to increase the brown sugar/cinnamon filling. Other than that, why try to improve perfection?

FABULOUS!!!October 18, 2007 By mmandjsmom
WOW! This dough turned out beautiful! It is fabulous to work with.I don't know that I've ever been so excited over a recipe as I am over this one. The recipe made the most delicious soft, airy cinamon rolls that were a bit gooey (carmel goodness) on the bottom. And it's such an easy recipe! I can't wait to make them again.

Soft, Sweet & delicious! Simply the best =]August 28, 2007 By Alissa.kelly
I have never made cinnamon buns from scratch before; I always bought the store brand. Let me tell you this recipe made the absolute best cinnamon buns I have ever had. They had an absolutely satisfying soft texture, scrumptiously sweet flavour, and as a bonus I had the liberty of saying ""I made them from scratch!"" At first I was a little edgy to make these mouth-watering buns but I decided to take the plunge. They do take a little time to make, but boy is it worth it! A Tip I would give to anyone contemplating about making these buns is to roll the dough as tightly as possible. I was not to sure how tight to do it. I ended up with one side tight and the other less tight. The less tight side was hard to cut and didnít turn out as perfect as the others, seeing as they unraveled. To roll it tightly you may need a helper to work the opposite end. So I tell anyone reading this, that this is the recipe to go for! Print it out and give it a try, if you like cinnamon buns you wont regret it!!! :) ~Thank you Diana for putting this fabulous recipe online for everyone to enjoy at home!~
