Easy and delicious cobbler!July 29, 2012 By kalsign
I lost one of my favorite blueberry cobbler recipe so this one was the most similiar. I served it to friends while watching the Olympics and it was delicious! It is summer time so fresh blueberries are abundant and in season. I served the cobbler in individual red heart dishes and topped with vanilla ice cream after baking to incorporate the ""red, white and blue"" theme. I added a squeeze of lemon juice to the blueberries in the saucepan and then sprinkled a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on the topping before baking to add more flavor. I like the topping for this recipe more than my original recipe so I plan to make this again. My daughter just received Le Creuset mini cocottes at a bridal shower and this recipe will be great in those cute containers.

Just okMay 17, 2009 By iannucm
It was easy to make, but the topping didn't have much flavor. Overall, it was a little disappointing, but the fruit came out perfect.

Very good recipe.July 12, 2008 By subt1010
My family loved this blueberry cobbler. It was very easy to make and turned out great. I added a squeeze of lemon juice to the blueberries and doubled the biscuits because I like a lot of those fluffy clouds on top. Delicious recipe and I'l definitly make it again.

Quick and Easy!March 20, 2008 By cmlion
Great recipe--quick and easy plus, it tasted delicious! I think it took a total 10 minutes to assemble and 25 minutes to cook. I'm thinking about making this for dessert for a dinner party. It would be a very fun and warm dessert.
