Reuben Sandwich Recipe

I wanted to use some of our left over corned beef from St. Patrick's Day. My dad prefers an open faced Reuben sandwich, so I modified the recipe to accommodate. First, I toasted the Rye bread, buttered the outside, then Thousand Island dressing, thinly sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, topped with Swiss cheese and broiled until cheese bubbled.
