    Easy and Yummy!July 18, 2010 By elkara
I was looking for a different way to cook fresh cut corn -- this is IT! I used butter and I did not have to add sugar. This is a ""to taste"" recipe. You start with the basics (corn and butter) and sample it as it cooks. I melted the butter then added the corn. As it cooked down, I stirred the kernels to the outside and let the corn milk cook down and concentrate. Then I stirred everything together. Be sure to scrape the caramelized corn sugar off the bottom and stir it back in. Serve it warm and let everyone add their own salt and pepper. My kids could not get enough of it -- I had seconds too! :)

This recipe never tells you when to add the salt, sugar and black pepper. It is incomplete.
