I'll admit I halved the soy sauce and left out the corn syrup but the sauce was/is terrific and the brisket fell apart it was so tender. It's simple to put together; I'll do this one again.

If you are a fan of extreme salt, then this is the recipe for you! I was only able to eat 4 bites after waiting 9 hours for this to be complete! I believe it was the soy sauce that made it over the edge with salt! My son and his friend enjoyed it...I just was not able to eat sooooo much salt!!!
