This has been the first recipe I have ever tried off of the internet. I am a single mom and have never had the time to cook an outstanding meal that I can be proud of. This was certainly it!!! So easy to prepare, cooks while I'm at work, and my son loved it! On request, I have made it numerous times. It has such a great taste. I use the mild peppers in the crock pot for my son, but add a few hot ones to my own sandwich to give it that extra kick. And everyone has been right, let it cook. Don't rush this one!!

Super easy with a nice zesty spicy flavor. Perfect for some fresh bakery torpedo rolls with extra sharp provolone. Not a recipe to rush, let it cook at least 12 hours, the more the better. Then shred the beef with two forks!

I could have ate this whole thing in one sitting!! It's worth the wait - it takes a long time to cook but it was amazing. The meat didn't even need a knife....I will continue to make this again and again!

I made this for my friends for a BEARS game. Outstanding...put it on fresh French hard bread and shredded mozzerralla cheese. Everyone loved it including my son! I recommend for ease and time!!
