This was my first thing to cook with my new slow cooker. It was easy to make and tasted pretty good. Next time the only thing I will add is something to add a little more flavor.

As a first time crock pot user, I thought it would be difficult to make a stew. Wow, was I wrong , this recipie is easy and so hearty. I had so many compliments on it from my dinner guests, I couldn't bare to tell them how easy it was. Now I make it all the time, and I actually personalize it by experimenting with other favorite ingredients to make it my own.
