after looking extensively may I say, for a good recipe as I had before (cookin' bag type) which was pretty good, I found this one and it is absolutely the best of the best....who came up with this one? I'd like to collaborate....

lots of happy smiling faces (and stomachs) after this one. i didnt need to cook it as long as suggested in the recipe though!! it was easy to make and was delicious with some crusty buttered bread
