Hubby enjoyed, said he would like having it again. Placed chicken in pan with sauce on top and roasted....enjoyed. If I would use the crockpot, I believe I'd take the skin off first, I have found that important when using that for chicken. Terrific with rice and veggie.

The sauce for this recipe was excellent. However, putting a whole chicken with the skin on, in a crock pot, creates a very fatty sauce that has to be skimmed or put into a fat separator to make it healthier to eat.. I may make the sauce again, but would put it on a roasted chicken, where I can peel the skin off before eating.
