White Chicken Chili

I simplified it by just using precooked boneless chicken and threw everything in right at the beginning and cooking for 5ish hours. This recipe is really mild so if you like it spicy add something. It was very tasty!

This is hands down the best recipe I've tried. I like to add chopped zuchini and red bell pepper along with the beans and corn during the last 30 minutes. Everyone asks me for this recipe. I also have used boneless thighs to make it quick and easy at the end. Just shred the meat and put back in the pot and serve! Great with tortilla chips or corn bread. You won't go wrong with this recipe.

I added a red pepper and two zucchinis to this recipe and won a third place award in a chili cook off! Sometimes I just make the chicken for chicken tacos. We love this chili!

I love making this chili and my friends love it, too. I use frozen chicken tenderloins so I adjust the amount. Because the chicken is frozen I also adjust the chicken broth to 1 cup. When serving, I like to serve it with some shredded cheddar and sour cream. DELISH! So easy and so, so good.

I made this for my hungry family as a first autumnal meal now that the summer has finally gone (UK). To my delight they all said it was delicious and would like me to make it again sometime, so it gets our vote! TRY IT FOR YOURSELF AND SEE
