This was my very first Chili. Ever. I know, it is a shame but up until now I have been disgusted with beans. To my surprise at 24 I finally like them. So it was then naturally Chili time. This chili was easy to cook. I love Red Bell peppers so I was sold right off the bat. Its thick, tasty and the perfect spicy. Def give this one a try!

I never had chili with sausage and usually don't like beans in mine, but I tried it and LOVED it. My family gave it rave reviews!!! The smoked sausage and green chilies gave it a nice southwestern kick. This recipe is definately a keeper.
