Leave all the salt & soy sauce out and it isn't a bad recipe. My only complaint is the way to salty thing. Served it over egg noodles which helped cut down the saltiness some.

If I were to every make this recipe again, which I doubt seriously. I would eliminate the salt as soy and Worcestershire and the soup all have sodium in them. I would, also, cut the pepper in half and most like the ginger. Food should never be so heavily spiced that you can't taste the flavors of it. I was very disappointed in this recipe.

I made this recipe just the way it was here but it seemed a little too thick so i made one package of brown gravy and added it to the other ingredients in the sauce. It came out absolutely delicious, i would make this recipe at least once a week if more of my family liked swedish meatballs like i do! Definitely a keeper!
