Crockpot Porcupine Meatballs

I had to add egg for the meatballs to stick together. The liquid cooked away before 7 hours and left much of the mixture burnt and dry. Much of the rice was dry and hard. I would suggest adding a lot more liquid if you are going to cook it longer than 4 hours.

Pretty alright. Needs a spice beyond salt and pepper, though. I don't know what spice would work well, but right now, it tastes a little too much like ground beef. Oh, and I didn't think of this when I made it, but be sure to mix the dry ingredients before putting in the onion and beef. Otherwise, came out pretty good and was very easy for my first Crockpot recipe.
