    I actually made this recipe on a whim since I had some pork stew meat thawed that we weren't going to be able to use. Had all the ingredients on hand except for water chestnuts and canned mushrooms (had fresh). Didn't use chopped onion since frozen veggies I had already included them. Frozen I added had broccoli, onions, green beans and mushrooms (still added mushrooms recipe called for). Forgot to add cornstarch, added 1 extra tbs of soy, and had to add a little more chicken broth but it is absolutely delicious. Will definately be making this again and again.
