I looked forward all day to tasting this recpie as it smelled good while cooking. However, when done, I found the meat very dry. The flavor was acceptable, but to me, it was a waste of good meat. My husband liked it a lot more, so it's possible I'd make it again, but I'm more likely to try another recipe. I wanted to share my review for those who are browsing for ideas and to give some counterpoint to the first reviewer.

they were delicios!!! they were so tender and soft. the bbq sauce at the end made them even better. the hint of cinnamon was the best part.
