I found this by chance when I wasn't really sure what to do with this roast I got on sale. I decided to go for it, because it looked easy enough and of course, my very picky family was complaining that anything made with Pepsi couldn't possibly taste good. Well, they are eating their words, along with extra helpings of this roast. Tender, moist, great taste, so easy to make - I'm adding this to my permanent recipe book. Thanks, Liesl!

This one came out very tender. I used some of the juice to make some gravy to go with this one. It was great. Will make this again! thanks

My 19 year old daughter gave me the recipie. Thought it a little strange at first then made it and the flavor was incredible. Made it with mashed potatoes and used the gravy from the crockpot oh my family loves it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
