I always have these when we order Chinease, and when am having a craving for something sweet, its always them I want. What a fantastic and easy receipie now we can have these when we wanr for a fraction of the price!!!

They were very good.I always have left over banana's that will not be eaten .I was looking for something different.I always make banana bread with them. I'am glad I found this.I used my 3banana's that was left.The kids thought they were really good.I had to go get more banana's to make more.It is a plus to top them with anything.In my house kids say it is #1 use for left over banana's.

Once I figured out how to regulate my heat on my gas range these cooked up wonderfully. They poof and expand as they cook. The only addition I made was a bit of vanilla to the batter to give it a little more depth. I covered them with powdered sugar.They were a hit! I rarely fry anything, so this will be on the treat list, but will be made again. Thanks for sharing!
