This was delicious. My picky girls liked it. Since I used unsalted butter in the skillet, I added a dash of salt on the cooking french toast sticks. This brought out the sweetness from the sugar and cinnamon. Also, I had alot of egg batter left over. This was enough to soak 6 - 8 slices of bread.

This recipe was easy and tested well with myself and my children. They got to participate in making it, and they also enjoyed eating it. As I did.
