    Light, healthy, elegant and simple salmon marinad!January 02, 2011 By barbidoll31
    Use olive oil instead of vegetable oil and this is a the perfect light, healthy, elegant and simple salmon marinade. I only marinated for less than an hour and it was still wonderfully flavorful. Thanks for the recipe!

    Delicious and Easy Salmon on the GrillApril 06, 2010 By RedSox10
    This recipe was both simple to prepare and delicious to eat. Use fresh garlic rather than the jar. I marinated for just over an hour and cooked directly on the grill...for a filet I put skin side down first and then when I flipped it the skin came off and I put the other side right back on the skin. The fish was perfect. The flavor was wonderful and fresh. Served with Rice Pilaf and a salad. Will definitely do again.
