I added a splash of tequila to this and let the filets sit in the glaze for about 1/2 hour in the refrigerator while I prepped my side dishes. Wonderfully flavorful. Hubby loved it more than any other salmon dish he has ever had. Served with herbed polenta and sugar snap peas (steamed).

I decided to make this tonight for my fiancee and I, and what a great choice it was! We loved it, it was so delicious. The salmon tasted sweet, yet not too overwhelming. The orange juice and lime added the perfect flavor. I made this with baked potato and green beans. I will definitely make this again and recommend to everyone! I did have to bake the salmon for about 10 minutes longer so it was fully cooked. Other than that, it was great!

I changed this up a bit. I used lemon juice instead of lime and added some butter to the glaze. It tasted absolutely fantastic and had just enough sweetness to complement the salmon. I definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone.

The Honey Citrus Glaze was amazing on the Salmon. I had never made salmon before tonight but the honey salmon glaze made making the salmon amazingly easy.I would suggest putting some butter in this recipe because the butter really gives the glaze a kick.

I did not make this recipe exactly as stated but I followed it loosely and it came out great! My husband does not like fish, but had seconds of this dish and others raved about the citrus sauce. I used all freshly squeezed limes and tangerines (instead of oranges) with an extra spoon of lime juice (be sure to get all the little bits of lime and tangerine after squeezing). I also used organic maple instead of honey and added about 1-2 TBSP of organic butter. A little sea salt and pepper directly on the fish and wha la! Scrumptious! It smelled like heaven. I served it with quinoa and asparagus. It was so quick and easy and healthy! I am definitely making this one again! Thanks for the inspiration!
