    The batter on these is great...just the right amount of sweetness in a light /delicate batter. I just like more corn kernels in mine....needed twice as much corn for my taste for the amount of batter. (Since we have a small family I cut the amount in half).

    These are pretty good. I used fresh corn instead of frozen (not as mushy this way).

    I tried this recipe because from what I read it sounded like it would be much like the corn fritters I remember my mom making when I was a child. She died when I was twelve so I didn't learn many recipes from her regrettably. At first bite I realized I was so right. It brought memories back from my youth.
