This is an easy and pretty salad. It is great for a side dish for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Because of its color also good for Valentines Day.

My assignment was a Cranberry Salad to take to our Couples Euchre Club. I had never made a Cranberry Salad and this one was the first one I saw on line. The salad had both eye and taste appeal. Our husbands complimented me on its taste. The other women wanted the recipe which I remembered because it was so simple. They all went home with a copy of the recipe and I will make this again for Thanksgiving Dinner and many more times. Thank you for posting it.
