Super-Easy Chocolate Fudge
5 out of 5It is super easyDecember 14, 2011

I just used this recipe and it turned out fantastic. I had issues with making fudge in the past, and I think adding the butter really helped. I used all Milk Chocolate chips, and next time I'm going to use the Mint Chocolate chips. Takes a bit to set, but once it does, its AMAZING. Wish I would have taken a picture.

I made this for a holiday party and even cut the recipe in half (didn't have enough chocolate!) and it turned out simply amazing. Foolproof--if you follow the instructions. :)
5 out of 5""No Fail Fudge!""December 16, 2010

Deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Have used this recipe for years. If you use the ingredients listed, it will NOT fail. Wrong milk = bad fudge. My grandkids love this because they can make it with very little help from me. And using plastic wrap makes this easy to manage. The fudge does not melt the plastic wrap.

This is so easy.... and if you use the microwave that much faster!! It is hard to mess this up, unlike some recipes that come out grainy or soupy. I wonder if the one poster used evaporated milk instead of condensed milk? Like I said this is hard to mess up..... Yummmmm

I have done this recipe in the microwave stirring at 30 second intervals but add vanilla after chocolate is melted. Have added things like crushed peppermint, heath toffee bits or caramel bits and all work great. Done in 3 minutes

I'm not sure about the other review saying this didn't work..it worked out perfectly for me and it was ""super-easy""! I think it took me about 15 minutes to make and when I took it out of the fridge a few hours later it was perfect.

Wow this fudge was super easy to make and clean up. some of the best fudge ive eaten . wax paper or plastic wrap under fudge does work as great handles and provides easy clean up. cost about $6 and 15 minutes to make. no candy therm required. and it taste great like the little old lady use to give me when i was a kid.
5 out of 5Best Fudge I've Ever Made!!!December 23, 2009

This fudge was a snap to make and soooo delicious! I received several gifts of fudge over the holidays and none were as good as this recipe made it. And LOL on the poster who remarked that she ""didn't like plastic in her food."" The fudge won't melt into the plastic wrap...it does exactly as the recipe says and simply helps you lift the fudge out of the pan.
3 out of 5Plastic Wrap???December 19, 2009

I don't think I would use plastic wrap to line a pan when pouring hot ingredients into it. I'm thinking more like parchment paper. It won't melt and you can still have the ""handles""........ It sounds easy enough and I will give it a try, sans plastic wrap.........I just don't like melted plastic in my food. Sorry.
5 out of 5My new Fudge recipe of choiceDecember 10, 2008

Since I used the microwave oven to reduce the mess in the kitchen, this was incredibly fast, unbelievably easy, and unexpectedly smooth and tasty. It took maybe 3 minutes on High (I was careful not to overcook) and cooled overnight at room temperature, and, when cut into small 1/2"" squares, made about 6 dozen servings. Simply a wonderful recipe, and it will be my Go-To fudge recipe of choice from now on.
