This chili is fantastic if you are craving a traditional beef chili that isn't over the top with complicated ingredients and prep/cooking time. Excellent over nacho chips topped with shredded cheddar and scallions. I normally make southwest style turkey chili with corn...this recipe with be my beef chili staple. Go for it!!! P.S. I used a red bell pepper instead of a green bell pepper. Just my personal preference.

I just finished the Chili and dear lord, I'm on my on my third bowl and fighting for the fourth. My family is loving it - thank god we used too much ground beef and ended up making a huge pot! I'm so making this once a month! This rocked my socks!

When i was on line and was looking for chilli recipes i saw this one and i made it this the best chili i have ever tasted it has the right amount of spicy to it and it was so tasty that when it was gone i literlally almost cried and my family isnt really a big chilli fan they loved it

I went looking for chili recipes on the Internet for the family and found this one. It was the perfect recipe since it wasn't either too spicy nor bland for their taste. Now I make it along with some honey style cornbread every chance I can get. Delicious!!!
