I made the recipe deleting the veggies and adding 1/2 shredded swiss cheese. I added ranch dry seasoning mix to the crumb topping. It was a hit in our house. Thanks for the great recipe.

I made the recipe with some alternations based on IngmarBate's review: added 1 tsp seasoned salt added 1 tsp soy sauce changed the topping to 1/2 cup cracker crumbs with 2tbsp butter Worked great! My husband was impressed, and usually he thinks my cooking experiments are too bland. :)

My family LOVED this recipe--there were no leftovers! I did add cheese, which seemed to hold the dish together nicely. My husband immediately added this recipe to my recipe file.

found the recipe to be quite bland and had to add alot of other flavours to season it. i wasnt sure exactly what sort of consistency it was supposed to be, but it turned out more like risotto or fried rice.

Recipe basically is good but a bit bland. the second time I added more seaoning , 1 tblsp. Seasoned Salt, 1/2 TSP Ground pepper, 1 Tsp Soy Sauce. I/2 cup more milk. 1/3 cup less bred crumbs. original recipe had too much bred crombs, almost like sawdust.. I Baked it like the original , took it to Potluck, ten people wanted the recipe . Very good

I had some Easter leftovers to take care of and thought I would try this recipe out. It was tolerable, but by no means something I'll be making again. Pretty bland.
