    This recipe is absolutely delicious. I can't say how traditional it is as it was the first time I'd tasted Jambalaya, but it was so easy to make and everyone I've since made it for loves it. Its easy to spice it up with extra cayenne pepper, and having a useless oven I make it on the stove top instead with the same end result. Wonderful smoky flavour, highly recommend!
