I prepared this green chile mac and cheese for a party with both adults and children. I omitted the jalapena pepper because it would be served to children and it was delicious. The adults and children both went back for seconds. It's a nice twist to the plain mac and cheese.

Followed this dish entirely and it turned out great. I love spicy food but my girlfriend can only handle so much. I will make this again but I think i'll wait for poker night .......
