This recipe is the first meatloaf recipe that I have used that was as moist as promised. The flavors were excellent, though I did not have the olives to put in. Prior to making this, I had read the meatloaf tips section, and felt it flowed with some of the recomendations made there. Easy for begining cooks. A great basic meatloaf recipe. I served it with sides of baked beans and buttered mashed potatos which offered a nice taste and presentation combination.
