I never much cared for meatloaf, as practically every one I ever had was dry and bland. Being Italian and loving parmesan cheese, I thought I'd give this recipe a try. From the first time I made it to the last, this meatloaf has consistently been a favorite. The parmesan cheese and Chili sauce give it a little zest and the milk makes it moist. I do vary the recipe using one pound of ground beef and halving the cheese, cracker crumbs and milk. Ciao!

I needed a meat loaf recipe but I didn't have any breadcrumbs. I came across this recipe and not only did it seem like a nice change from the norm but it also used cracker crumbs so I was like ""yay""! I didn't have the chili sauce so I'll have to try that next time but even without that the meat loaf was quite tasty. Even my mother thought it was really good and she's a picky eater. I will definitely cook this again. Thanks!
