I think whipping the egg whites made all the difference. I cut the milk to 1 cup and added cinnamon since we didn't have any vanilla in the house. The kids loved them and I thought they were really good too. I will definitely make these again, next time with vanilla! The pancakes came out fluffy and golden brown. Almost picture perfect!

Not a good recipe. It was disappointing. A basic recipe produces better tasting pancakes

I have never made pancakes from scratch before and they were fabulous!!! Easy steps to follow and the whole family helped to make them. It made a ton of pancakes. I doubled the batch and it made about 35 pancakes. They were fluffy and delicious. This is recipe I will make again. I am glad we tried it. Leftovers were good too.

I am a beginner cook, and this is the first pancake recipe I've tried. It tasted exactly like the best pancakes I've always had. I even messed up the recipe a little (I used egg whites instead of egg yolk, and vice-versa), but it still turned out delicious. One thing that isn't mentioned in the recipe is that this will feed about three to four people, considering each eats about three pancakes.

I thought this recipe was amazing. my sister has always loved pancakes but we have gotten tired of our recipe, so i went to go find one on the internet and here was this one!!! Overall this recipe was delicious and yet I would definately try it again.

As this was my first time making fluffy pancakes (I am not American, so I suppose it's understandable) I wasn't exactly expecting it to be a success, but it really was. This recipe is great
