I cooked the macaroni until just before el dente' prior to adding it to the mixture. I also used hot mexican chili powder and added quite a bit more than the recipe called for. I also used about 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Not Bad, had a good flavor, but next time I make this I think I'll add some red cayenne pepper as well to spice it up a little bit more. Easy and a good quick meal. Oh yeah, I left out the salt too as I don't use salt when cooking. WTG

This was a super easy recipe to make. My family liked it and asked that the recipe be a ""keeper"". I didn't have tomato sauce so used a can of diced tomatoes. The end product was just a bit drier than I anticipated. However, the taste was still good. I also added more Chili Powder. That ingredient could be adjusted to individual tastes. Overall, it was good but I would add the correct amount of liquid so it would be saucy.

This was pretty good !! Took longer to simmer though to get the macaroni done. I put shredded chedder cheese on it. Wish I had used the whole PKG ! lol The top part with the cheese is best !!
