I found this recipe made a great tasting cookie. It's a good cookie for christmas get togethers, and it's a must if you are southern. It's more of a breakfast, biscuit cookie as opposed to a sugar cookie. The cookie itself is not all that sweet, but when you put the jam in the middle it's perfect. I cooked mine a little longer than the recipe called for, and at 350 which the recipe left out. Be warned, they are addictive!

I JUST GOT THE RECIPE OFF HERE TO MAKE. BUT I NOTICED IT DOES NOT TELL WHAT TEMPERATURE TO BAKE YOUR COOKIES AT. SO I AM GONNA GUESS ABOUT 350 DEGREES AND TRY THIS RECIPE. HOPE IT WORKS OUT. BUT IT DOES SOUND SIMILAR TO THE RECIPE MY MOTHER MADE YEARS AGO, WHICH I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ALOT OF MY RECIPES I GUESS FROM THE TIMES I'VE MOVED. SO HERE IT GOES. LOL WISH ME LUCK.
