This is awfuly close to my mother recipe. I was looking on line to see if there was a differnt way to make it but...this will not disapoint you!!

Last week an old friend and her mother came to visit me...While we were canning pickles, her mother asked us if we wanted to make some piccalili... Neither of us had any idea how. So we found THIS recipe and tried it... OMG It was absolutely fabulous... We had never eaten piccalili before and her mother only had a slight childhood memory of it... But we could not stop eating it...It is fantastic with cheese and crackers... But I have since had it on sandwiches and with hot dogs...I am making more!!!
