I HAD THIS CAKE BUT DIDN'T GET THE NAME OF THE RECEIPE. WENT ONLINE AND FOUND THIS CAKE I MADE IT SATURDAY TO SEE IF IT WAS LIKE THE ONE I ATE, IT WAS. MADE IT AGAIN ON SUNDAY FOR MY OFFICE, THEY LOVED IT

I followed the recipe except I used 1/2 a small fresh pineapple. It was too watery, and the cake collapsed. Next time I will increase the flour and hopefully it will work much better. The tasted good, despite being collapsed. I would suggest specifying the size of the can of pineapple, a ""large"" can of pineapple is a bit vague. After all, a 10 tin of pineapple is a ""large can"" :)
