We absolutely loved this. I only made one-half of the recipe for dinner and needless to say I was making more before it was over! It is so refreshing and went perfectly with the grilled pork steaks. I will definitely make this again. I didn't have jalepanos on hand, so I had to substitute a poblano pepper instead -- still great.

I LOVE this recipe. I modified it slightly to taste, no red peppers, and only green onions if I have it on hand. We serve this with tortilla and plantain chips. This is great for barbeques, parties, or just because. Make this all year round, perfect for summer, and a great summery taste in the cold of winter.

I actually sliced the pineapple and grilled it before chopping. The combination of the sweet pineapple, cilantro and peppers was wonderful. I took this to a pool party/BBQ. Everyone loved it. Served it with tortilla chips and folks raved about how good it was with the pulled pork. Will make again and again.
