This is an outstanding basic sauce- you can tweek it to make it more garlicy or add another favorite flavor, but I think it is a well balanced basic sauce. Took me 3 min to put it together and I was ready to go. I decreased the salt to 1/2 T and the oil to 1/2 T for dietary restrictions on my second making and it was still wonderful- enjoy

I've been experimenting with pizza sauces- in an attempt to get the right combination of flavours, and this one is ALMOST on the mark. Best one yet.

So simple and quick but a real kick in flavor! What makes a pizza is the sauce, and this one has wonderful flavor and the perfect consistancy. It goes into my permanent recipe file. Thanks for sharing!

This sauce took about 3 minutes to make and taste as good as any I've gotten off the shelf. I used stewed tomatoes and it worked fine.

I cook school lunch for over 110 kids in a small private Catholic School. We decided to have pizza burgers and I had no sauce..but I did have ingredients for sauce. I searched the net for a recipe and happened to find this one..The kids LOVED it!
