My husband planted four plum trees and I couldn't imagine what we would ever do with so many plums. I asked several people what to do with plums, a plum pie, most said I don't know about that! I went on line and found several options for plums and one being PLUM PIE! This pie has to be one of the best pies I've eaten, not to mention one of the easiest to make! I think this pie is out of this would. I will say that I probably used 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon, simply because I love the taste and usually do add a little more in any recipe.
