Really easy and yummySeptember 14, 2011 By kooili
This is a really delicious and simple to make recipe for pork chops. Improved on it when I made it for the second time today as I added a little more liquid to get sauce to go with the chops on the plate. Yummy!

made it for me and my hubby and we both loved it. I did add like a tablespoon of regular bbq and a pinch of sugar though. Will be making this again for sure.

Very easy to makeMarch 12, 2010 By Georgia.Babydoll
I read the other reviews but I thought this was a very good recipe. I added a couple of Tablespoons of purchased BBQ sauce based on a comment someone else made but otherwise followed the recipe. My husband and I both really loved the pork chops and I will make this again. I served it with mashed potatoes and a mix of broccoli and cauliflower. YUM!

Easy Oven-Barbecued Pork ChopsFebruary 21, 2009 By bojo2
I will make this again with some changes. It was very tender but the barbecue flavor was not quite there. I may add barbecue sauce to it the next time for extra taste. It will be a keeper in my files, thank you very much.

Simple, and quickJanuary 04, 2009 By LindaNix
This recipe is very, very, good. I added to mine; I put salt, pepper, and seasoned salt on the chops, I also added a pitch of sugar to my sauce. I put butter on each chop, and then placed the onions on top of them, I placed them in the oven for three minutes to let the butter melt, took them back out of the oven pour the sauce over them, cooked for 1 hour. Turned them over put butter on that side of the chops, placed sauce from the pan on that side of them, and cooked another 25 minutes.

Easy & GoodFebruary 13, 2008 By Chow_Hound
We made this recipe with 1/2 to 3/4"" chops. If you're looking for a quick recipe with good taste...this is it. We used 3 chops and the listed ingredients but am sure there is enough leftover sauce to fix the 6 mentioned. Left the hot sauce out. This is not a soak in soup mixture (oven crockpot) or a dried out herb recipe. Worked great and had sauce left over to use as a topping sauce. Chops were tender. For us simpler folks and having on-hand ingredients, give this a try. Will be a definite addition to our menu when it's too nasty to grill out.

Quick & EasyNovember 27, 2007 By saltzbsl
Thanks for sharing this quick and easy recipe. I had thin sliced pork chops and decided to pan sear them first, then followed the recipe as is. I also did this to cut down on the cooking time. Turned out great!
