Great When EntertainingJune 20, 2009 By USCGamecocksMan
Love this recipe when we are having company over. Looks upscale and restaurant like but very easy to make. Don't worry about sauce thickening as it will do so after removal from heat. Pork will take about 20 minutes a pound and not the 30 minutes a pound recipe calls for. Tip is to insert thermometer in center of boneless pork loin and remove from oven when it reaches 160 degress. Will be perfect. Every guest we have had with this recipe raves about the taste and sauce.

We served this pork recipe to 21 guests and they all raved about it and wanted the recipe. We plan to serve it again to our wine tasting club at Christmas.
